Why work with me?

Great question. With so many executive, leadership, and life coaches out there, finding the right fit is crucial for achieving meaningful change. Let me share my story so you can decide if I’m the right coach to support your journey.

For over 15 years, I thrived in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate career, leading large-scale transformation projects and solving complex problems. I earned four degrees, including two Master’s, and became a trusted advisor to global organizations. I loved the intellectual challenge of building strategic frameworks and driving change, and I was constantly learning and growing.

But while I excelled in my career, I overlooked the patterns in my own health and well-being. After the devastating loss of a close friend to suicide, I coped by working harder, studying more, and keeping busy. I wanted to understand the impact of stress on our well-being and way of life. I went ahead and trained as a Reiki Master and a meditation teacher. I also got certified as a Krav Maga instructor.

Over time, I began to see the connection between leadership styles, team well-being, and organisational performance, which led me to become certified as a Mental Health First-Aider and advocate for healthier, more empathetic leadership practices. I have always believed that having a leadership position doesn’t make someone a good leader; instead, it is their ability to inspire and bring out the best in others.

I tried to be the best leader that I could be by prioritising the needs of my team before my own. I continued pushing through fatigue and stress until a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis forced me to stop. It was a turning point. For the first time, I stepped back to reevaluate my life and ask, “Am I living and leading in alignment with my values?” The answer was ‘no’; not because I was being inauthentic, but because I was blatantly neglecting my own needs and my own inner compass.

That realisation sparked a profound personal transformation. I reconnected with what truly matters—operating with integrity, prioritising well-being, and living authentically. This clarity didn’t cure my MS, but it gave me the tools to navigate uncertainty with resilience and purpose. I realised, once again, how much authenticity and integrity impact how one shows up as a leader in this world.

Having experienced the transformative power of coaching during this period, I became passionate about helping others who feel burned out, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled. I now combine my corporate expertise with evidence-based coaching practices to guide professionals through their own transitions.

Whether you’re a high-achieving professional navigating burnout, a leader seeking alignment with your values, or a team looking to work more cohesively, I provide practical tools and frameworks to help you rediscover your purpose and lead with impact. As a Wayfinder Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation, I offer a thoughtful, compassionate approach rooted in authenticity and integrity - all to help you find your own inner North Star.

If my story resonates with you, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey to clarity, fulfilment, authenticity and impact.
