Identify what you would like to accomplish with regards to the situation, challenges, or goals.
Identify what is stopping you from achieving your desired outcome. It could be limiting beliefs, patterns, or roadblocks.
Develop actionable strategies and tools to move forward.
Reflect on progress and refine your approach as needed.
Sessions are confidential and focused entirely on supporting your growth and success. You are free to discuss the topic of our sessions with anyone you see fit. However, I will not share any aspects of our sessions with anyone else unless I have your express permission, or am required to by law.
How long does coaching take to see results?
Coaching is a highly personalised process. Some clients see significant breakthroughs in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing coaching over several months or years to achieve deeper transformation. A typical engagement is 3–6 months, but this varies based on your goals and needs.
